With National Minimum Wage rates having increased, employers can yet again find themselves inadvertently in breach of the regulations. Unfortunately, it is not as straightforward as whether you pay the new rate per hour or not.

You could be at risk of breach for something as simple as offering your workers salary sacrifice arrangements, including pensions or requiring them to provide any item of uniform, including shoes.
