    Please join us for our Dispute Resolution Series 2018.

    Our expert panel will discuss dispute resolution as a strategic tool for business, and speakers will share their experiences of achieving more successful and quicker outcomes through the management and marshalling of documentary evidence and confidentiality issues. Our discussion will include exploration of the GDPR and how new EU data protection rules might affect disclosure of arbitration proceeding documents. Our panelists will also look at other topics, including:

    • Arbitrators’ use of the IBA rules on the taking of evidence
    • Handling privilege, commercial confidentiality and political sensitivity
    • The impact of the GDPR in document production
