Our 2018 chemical regulation workshop will feature presentations by senior US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Ohio EPA officials, perspectives from key industry leaders and analysis by experienced Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) lawyers.

  • Reflect on recent and upcoming regulatory developments and examine what they mean for companies that manufacture, import or process chemical substances in the US
  • Provide insight into what you need to do to get your chemicals approved by US EPA, comply with the new TSCA reporting and notification requirements, and deal with the challenge of “retail regulation” of chemicals and new state requirements 
  • Review issues with US EPA new chemical review process, prioritization of chemical substances and chemical risk evaluations and consider the future direction of US EPA’s TSCA implementation effort
