Manchester, Evolving as a City for Everyone?

6 February 2019
People's History Museum
New CT Street
Manchester
M3 3ER

With nearly 15,000 properties currently under construction in Manchester city centre and another 18,000 in the pipeline, Manchester is increasingly becoming a concrete jungle. In partnership with NatWest, join us at our next M60 and hear our event panel discuss what Manchester needs to do to become a sustainable city for everyone.

As usual, we are planning a fantastic line up of speakers including Lesley Davies OBE, Michelle Rothwell, Tim Newns and Guy Pearson. Lesley is the Principal and CEO of Trafford College, as well the Chair of the UK Skills Partnership Group and the Chair of the Trafford Youth Trust. Michelle is the Founder of Watch this Space, a property investment and urban regeneration company. Tim is the Chief Executive of MIDAS, Manchester Investment and Development Agency, and their role is to attract new investment and employment into the City. Guy is the Studio Director at the IBI Group, focused on creating cities built upon intelligence, sustainability, efficiency and the human touch.

This is a great opportunity to meet and network with fellow property and construction professionals and hear how Manchester can become a city for everyone.

We will be hosting the event in the stunning Edwardian Pump House at the Peoples History Museum. We look forward to seeing you there, and feel free to forward this to a colleague or friend!
