On July 18, 2019, the Cleveland members of our firm’s Women’s Enterprise group hosted their annual “Cocktails by the Shore” event, gathering influential female corporate leaders, clients and colleagues at the magnificent Shoreby Yacht Club. With beautiful weather and lovely company, the event was the perfect setting to celebrate women in the Cleveland-area including keynote speakers, speakers Diane Downing, Executive Director of Say Yes to Education, and Lee Friedman, CEO of College Now of Greater Cleveland. As trailblazers in the initiative to improve access to higher education in Cleveland, Downing and Friedman discussed their current pursuits, leadership lessons learned and visions for our community’s future.

This highly anticipated event drew a great turnout of our key clients and friends and was a fantastic opportunity to connect Cleveland’s most influential business leaders.
