    Please join us for an engaging discussion concerning successful diversity and inclusion programs, their impact (internally and externally) on legal and business practices, and the importance for an organization’s leadership to lead the way and reinforce values.

    The speakers will discuss their companies journeys to build stronger cultures of inclusion, their goals and obstacles, and how their own corporate values and goals surrounding D&I are impacting outside counsel engagement. They will also discuss real-world examples of bias and discrimination encountered in the workplace and share strategies for overcoming their negative effects, as well as prevention.
