Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Brexit has to some extent been ‘off the radar’. However, the date currently scheduled for the end of the transition period, 31 December 2020, is getting ever closer. In the fourth webinar in our UK ESH Series, Nicola Smith will address the impact of Brexit on labelling for food and drink products, for sales in both the EU and the UK markets. This will include consideration of the name and address of the Food Business Operator, Country of Origin labelling, use of the EU Organic Logo and EU Emblem, Protected Geographical Indications (PGIs) and Health and Identification Marks for Products of Animal Origin.

An overview and invitation for each of the upcoming sessions in our series will be shared in coming days and weeks.
