    Join us and the Ohio Chemistry Technology Council for the third webinar in our four-part 2020 Chemicals Workshop Series. During this important session, Karen Winters, head of our Environmental, Safety & Health Practice, will moderate a panel of industry leaders as they discuss the challenges and uncertainties their companies have faced – and the lessons they have learned – as EPA has implemented the amended Toxic Substances Controls Act (TSCA). This informative discussion will address some of the key real-world issues confronting companies as they are navigating the ever-changing TSCA landscape.
