    As part of the United for Infrastructure Week program, we will host an hour-long panel discussion, moderated by former Secretary of Transportation Rodney Slater and partner Alethia Nancoo, featuring guest panelists of note, providing perspectives from both the private and public side of US infrastructure as it relates to highways/toll roads and aviation.

    Joining Secretary Slater and Ms. Nancoo will be four industry leaders, including:

    • Earl Adams – Chairman, Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority
    • Gerrard Bushell – Chief Executive Officer, Terminal One Development Project at John F. Kennedy International Airport 
    • Richard Dreher – Chief Financial Officer, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission
    • Emeka Moneme – Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Innovation – North America, Transurban

    The focus of the panel discussion will be on highways/toll roads and airport infrastructure development pre- and post-COVID-19 and the expectations of highway/toll road and airport infrastructure once the US market returns to pre-pandemic levels. The panel will explore a number of pressing issues the industry is facing in this regard, including the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on infrastructure projects, how they see the industry faring now and expectations on what the new normal will mean.
