As COVID-19 restrictions ease, many are embracing normal life, socialising, travelling and returning to the office. For some, a return to normality is welcomed, while for others, the prospect of resuming our old lifestyles and routines can feel daunting.
Our Grow Your Network committee has partnered with mental health charity Mind to host a virtual coffee morning on building resilience, providing valuable advice and techniques to help young professionals re-enter the working world.
Psychological resilience is the ability to mentally or emotionally cope with a crisis – a quality that we have all utilised over the past year and a half. Nevertheless, the advice from this session will be valuable in helping you to conquer those steps to normality that still feel a little intimidating.
