As part of Paris Arbitration Week, we are pleased to invite you to a roundtable on Africa and arbitration. Our speakers will provide insights on Africa’s role in the field of arbitration and the increasing number of Africa-based parties, projects and practitioners, both in commercial and investment arbitration. They will explore some of the trends and challenges faced by the arbitration community and arbitration users alike, including the increasing demand for arbitration on the continent, the ever-expanding number of specialised local arbitrators, counsel and experts, the multiplication of arbitration seats, and the continuing development of the local arbitration infrastructure.
