    Join Dave Gordon and Ken Huestebeck for the third webinar in our four-part 2021 Chemicals Workshop Webinar Series in partnership with the Ohio Chemistry Technology Council (OCTC). This webinar will give a brief refresher on the basics of EU REACH, its “adoption” by the UK following Brexit and the practical and future implications for companies with EU REACH registrations, GB downstream users buying chemicals from EU/EEA suppliers and GB companies importing chemicals under EU REACH Only Representative arrangements.

    With the Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability, the EU has heralded the most significant changes to EU chemicals regulation in 15 years. We will lay out the basic structure of the strategy and indicate how this proclaimed “first step towards a zero pollution ambition for a toxic-free environment” might affect your business.

    CLE is pending for 1.0 hour of general CLE in the following jurisdictions: AZ, CA, CO, NJ, NY, OH and TX.
