    A distinguished lineup of speakers will discuss the Emergency Arbitrator (EA) Proceedings under the ICC Rules. This event is part of Dubai Arbitration Week. Light will be shed on the substantive and procedural issues raised during this procedure. The panellists will share their insights and their experience while examining the findings highlighted in the report of the ICC Task force on EA Proceedings (2019). The event will be followed by ICC YAF: Virtual Hearings and Due Process Paranoia.
