    Join our panel of specialists to explore practical advice on how best to manage interpersonal conflict in the workplace.

    In the past two years, our work environments have been in flux in the wake of COVID-19, homeworking, online work, equality, diversity and inclusion agendas, and cultural change. These changes and the pressures they bring can threaten interpersonal relationships, unless organisations and their people can navigate conflicts professionally.

    We are delighted to invite you to this event in collaboration with Leeds University Business School. We will discuss with speakers from business and the public sector who will relay their own experiences on how to define the new normal for workplace behaviour and environments, cyberbullying, effective management for cultural change, responding to investigations and whistleblowing, and more. The event will include presentations, panel discussions and a networking lunch. Lunch is provided and there is no charge to attend the event.
