Region: Europe
8 March 2022
Squire Patton Boggs
Rutland House, 148 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2JR

Join us on International Women’s Day 2022 (IWD2022) to celebrate leading women in business in the Midlands. This year’s IWD campaign theme is “Break the Bias” – a call to action to help break gender bias and stereotypes in our communities, workplaces and educational settings, and to imagine a diverse, equitable and inclusive world, where difference is valued and celebrated. Let’s help forge women’s equality together.

We are hosting an exclusive breakfast event on Tuesday 8 March at our Birmingham office to celebrate those who champion and exemplify the breaking of gender bias in the workplace. We are delighted to announce that we will be joined by a number of speakers, including:

  • Dr. Michaela Kendall, CEO and Co-Founder, Adelan Limited and UK Hydrogen Champion, Mission Innovation
  • Bryony Martin, Central Regional Lead & Head of Industrial & Manufacturing Sector, Mace
  • Sarah Ramsey, Dean of the Birmingham Campus, The University of Law
  • Caroline Saxon, Owner of the Outdoor Swimming Company

We will explore views and insights into inequality and gender bias, as well as challenges for the region, for particular industry sectors and for business generally. We will also discuss overcoming the challenges of the last 12 months, with the help of a cuppa and some breakfast treats.

After the success of our previous dinners and our virtual lunch in 2021, we expect this to be a popular event. Please register using the button above to secure your spot.
