Join us for a thought-provoking, topical and lively virtual panel debate.

With four-day week trials gaining momentum with pilot schemes taking place, or due to take place, in Ireland, the US, Canada, Spain, the UK and the Asia Pacific region, our virtual panel debate will look at the practical and legal implications of the four-day week.

We will be joined by Joe O’Connor, chief executive officer of campaign group 4 Day Week Global, and Rachel Garrett, managing director at CMG Technologies, who have pioneered the four-day week since 2015, and have not looked back.

In addition, we will hear from Marga Caproni, a partner in our Brussels office. Belgium has just announced sweeping labour market reforms, including the possibility to introduce a four-day week. Caroline Noblet (partner) will chair the event and explore topics such as productivity, health and wellbeing, gender equality, the international approach, and the legal and policy implications.
