2022 Chemicals Workshop Webinar Series: TSCA Developments and EPA Updates

Join Caffey Norman, Allen Kacenjar and Jeff Morris, director, Existing Chemicals Risk Assessment Division, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT), for the first webinar in our two-part 2022 Chemicals Workshop webinar series, in partnership with the Ohio Chemistry Technology Council (OCTC).

In this session, we will hear from OPPT leadership and review EPA’s implementation of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), including proposed “whole chemical” determinations and other Biden administration initiatives. Caffey will then share his assessment of the implications for the chemical industry, possible legal challenges and risk mitigation strategies. Allen and Caffey will also review developments in the Agency’s “new chemicals” program and related TSCA regulatory changes.
