We are delighted to be hosting an evening to celebrate UK Black history, art and culture.
Our exhibition will present artists from across the African diaspora, encompassing painting, sculpture and engaging voices that create experiences for the viewer to learn more about our country’s development of Black culture.
We will hear from fantastic speakers and guests, including:
Michael Lutterodt-Quarcoo, an educator with over 15 years of experience in African Affairs working for the UK government
Robin Walker, also known as “The Black History Man” – the foremost historian and writer on all matters related to ancient and medieval African history
Kathy Bowman, global director of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) at Squire Patton Boggs, who will share insights on the firm’s strategy and ongoing commitment to DEI
We invite you to join us to support Black talent, and for delicious Caribbean food and rum tasting, in celebration of UK Black History.
