INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND RENEWABLE ENERGY CLIENT ALERT: Anti-dumping and Countervailing Duties Against Chinese Solar PV Cell Manufacturers

On October 19, 2011, a coalition of seven U.S. solar panel manufacturers, led by SolarWorld Industries America, Inc., filed a petition seeking the imposition of both anti-dumping and countervailing duties against crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells and modules manufactured in China.
