Squire Patton Boggs has advised UK-based GB Group plc in its US$300 million acquisition of Atlanta-based IDology, a digital identity verification and authentication service that fights fraud. This is GB Group’s largest acquisition to date and will give the company a strong footing in the US, a strategic growth area for the company.
