Squire Patton Boggs Earns 100% on Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 17th Annual Scorecard on LGBTQ Workplace Equality

    For the 11th consecutive year, Squire Patton Boggs has received a perfect score of 100 on the 2019 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s premier benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation.

    In what the HRC called the “most comprehensive assessment of workplace LGBTQ inclusion,” 571 businesses earned the CEI’s top score, meeting “new and higher benchmarks.” Companies are evaluated on LGBTQ-related policies and practices, including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive healthcare benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBTQ community.

    As a firm and on an individual basis, Squire Patton Boggs and its lawyers have been recognized for their commitment to inclusion and diversity by Euromoney Americas Women in Business Law Awards, Law360, the Ohio Women’s Bar Association, Yale Law Women and The American Lawyer, among others.
