Squire Patton Boggs in Birmingham won Professional Services Firm of the Year at the Birmingham Post Business Awards. The annual awards were announced at a dinner at the ICC in Birmingham last night. The awards recognised businesses in a number of different industry sectors and there were also awards for expertise in international trade and export, commitment to corporate social responsibility and environmental excellence.
Commenting on the win, office managing partner Nick Green said: “It has been a tremendous year for the firm and we are proud to achieve this market-leading recognition, which is testament to the commitment and effort of everyone in the office.”
This award is one of several won in Birmingham this year, including Professional Services Firm of the Year at TheBusinessDesk.com West Midlands Business Masters Awards. There have also been key individual awards for Nick Green, who won Partner of the Year at the Birmingham Law Society Legal Awards, and Michelle Adams, who won the Legal Award at the Birmingham Young Professional of the Year.
