Squire Patton Boggs partner Jaime Daddona has been selected by the Phoenix Business Journal to its 2020 list of Outstanding Women in Business. Ms. Daddona is one of only 25 “remarkable women who are trailblazing the Valley’s business community, as mentors and visionaries.”
Ms. Daddona has a diverse transactional and corporate counseling practice representing global clients in mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions, working closely with boards of directors and senior managers on governance matters, managing debt and equity investments, and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
A native Phoenician, Ms. Daddona takes pride in contributing her time and services to both civic and charitable organizations within her community. She serves on the Vinnies Advisory Board for the Society of St. Vincent de Paul of Arizona, a non-profit organization that provides individualized care, nourishment and resources to those most in need, and is a member of the President’s Club of the Arizona Humane Society. Ms. Daddona is also an Advisory Member of the Greater Phoenix Economic Counsel’s (GPEC) International Leadership Council, promoting Arizona’s role in cross-border business initiatives. Ms. Daddona has also served as the M&A legal advisor for GPEC’s collaboration with Brookings Institute, and is a member of the Global Chamber.
An advocate of women’s advancement, Ms. Daddona is a founding member of WISH (Women in Service and Hope) and the Global Mentoring Program. She was the key creator and driver of the Phoenix Global Chamber’s “Women in Global Leadership” forum. Most recently, Ms. Daddona is a founding member of the Global Chamber’s Enlightened Leaders Initiative, designed to provide mentoring and business development opportunities to global leaders both in Arizona and worldwide.
