Squire Patton Boggs has advised the shareholders of Northampton-based Enterprise Control Systems Limited (ECS) on its acquisition by New York Stock Exchange-listed SPX Corporation.
Founded in 1988, ECS is a leading designer and manufacturer of highly-engineered communications intelligence systems, including RF inhibitors (RF Jammers) and encrypted data links.
The Corporate team advising on the transaction was led by partner and head of the Birmingham Corporate team Geoff Perry, assisted by associate Shauna Halls and partner Tim Jarvis (Tax Strategy & Benefits).
