Squire Patton Boggs has advised Silicius Real Estate SOCIMI, S.A, a Spanish real estate investment trust (REIT), on joining the BME Growth segment of BME MTF Equity. BME Growth is a platform that allows growing small and medium-sized companies to access the capital markets. It is the segment MTF Equity of BME (Bolsas y Mercados Españoles), a Multilateral Trading Facility managed by BME and supervised by the Spanish CNMV (National Securities Market Commission).

Silicius is the Mazabi Group's SOCIMI specialising in the purchase and management of real estate, with net assets of €556 million and a portfolio of 45 properties in office, high street, logistics, residential and hotel assets.
