Squire Patton Boggs is pleased to announce that Laurie Schwartz has joined the firm’s Public & Infrastructure Finance Practice in Atlanta as Of Counsel. She arrives from Butler Snow where she executed a wide range of public finance transactions.
Ms. Schwartz has served as bond counsel and underwriter counsel on several notable tax-exempt financings in the US. “Laurie is a welcomed addition to our growing presence here in the Southeast. She brings extensive experience advancing complex public financings, which builds on a center of excellence for our firm. We are excited for her to join us,” said Atlanta Managing Partner Ann-Marie Notaro.
Bob Labes, who is Group Leader of the Public & Infrastructure Finance Practice, commented, “Laurie is an experienced practitioner and her arrival continues our expansion into one of the nation’s fastest growing regions at a time when infrastructure development is at the forefront of our national agenda.”
Ms. Schwartz commented, “Squire Patton Boggs is nationally recognized in public and infrastructure finance and I look forward to contributing to its long tradition of excellence working alongside my new colleagues.”
