Squire Patton Boggs Represented FlexGen in Energy Storage Agreement

Squire Patton Boggs represented FlexGen Power Systems, Inc. ("FlexGen"), a leading energy storage technology platform and solution provider, on the company’s Master Supply Agreement with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL), a global leader of new energy innovative battery technologies.

Under the Agreement, CATL will supply FlexGen with 10GWh of energy storage equipment over a three-year period, primarily consisting of its containerised liquid-cooling battery system - EnerC. FlexGen will deploy its HybridOS energy management system platform to power the energy storage systems supplied by CATL.

This platform will provide advanced and reliable energy storage capabilities for utility-scale projects across the US, which will continue to foster the energy transition and build greater resilience into the US grid infrastructure.
