Squire Patton Boggs has advised Mainetec Pty Ltd and its shareholders on its sale to ASX listed Austin Engineering Limited. Mainetec is a mining equipment manufacturer and provides global engineering, design and fabrication solutions for the mining and resources industry.
Austin is a market leader in the design and manufacture of loading and hauling solutions. The acquisition will drive further efficiencies and more sustainable operations through consolidation.
