Squire Patton Boggs has been recognized as “Law Firm of the Year – Transactions” at the Unquote British Private Equity Awards 2022. At the awards ceremony held in London on 4 October, the trophy was collected by Paul Mann, European head of the private equity practice, and Jonathan Jones, European managing partner, together with other members of the Squire Patton Boggs private equity team.
The annual British Private Equity Awards recognise the contribution of private equity to the growth of British business. The entries for the awards undergo a high degree of scrutiny, with a four-stage judging process. In particular, the independent judging process combines the views of industry veterans with a vote from Unquote’s readers.
