Paris Team Advises EMZ Partners on Acquisition of Almerys

Squire Patton Boggs has advised French private equity house EMZ Partners on the acquisition of Almerys, in which EMZ Partners has become a minority shareholder alongside existing shareholder Be Invest. Unitranche financing was provided by Barings.
