Squire Patton Boggs recently advised the shareholders of Aware Services, an Australian-owned consultancy specialising in Salesforce, data and analytics on its sale to dentsu, a multi-national media and digital marketing communications firm.
Aware Services will come under the umbrella of Merkle, dentsu’s technology-enabled, data-driven customer experience management business. The acquisition will allow Merkle to expand its Salesforce capabilities and is an important step in its strategic plan to become the leading customer transformation provider in Australia.
Corporate partner Michael Gajic led a multi-disciplinary team comprising partners Ashley Rose and Nicola Martin, tax counsel Louise Boyce and associates Matthew Flanagan-Roberts, Sophie Davey, Sarah Roper and David Horton.
