Squire Patton Boggs Advises Kings Secure Technologies on Fourth Acquisition

Squire Patton Boggs has advised Kings Secure Technologies (KST) on the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire specialist fire and life safety systems provider East Fire Extinguishers and Alarms T/A EFire.

The transaction was led by Corporate partner Paul Mann and included director Louise Parker and Associate Indy Bening.

Founded over 50 years ago, KST is one of the largest independent security, fire and risk management businesses in the UK.  Headquartered in West Yorkshire, with offices in Scotland, the Midlands, London and the South East, the company serves clients in a wide range of industries, with a portfolio which includes the UK’s largest grocery retailers, high street and fashion, forecourt, data centres, distribution and supply chain, energy healthcare, private sector, education and the public sector.
