Squire Patton Boggs Advises Cedar Fair in $8 Billion Merger with Six Flags

Squire Patton Boggs advised long-time client Cedar Fair Entertainment Company in the signing of a definitive agreement to combine with Six Flags Entertainment Corporation.

The combined company will have an enterprise value of approximately $8 billion and will be a leading amusement park operator in the highly competitive leisure space with an expanded and diversified footprint encompassing 42 Iconic Parks and 9 Resort Properties Across 17 States, Canada and Mexico.

Squire Patton Boggs Americas Corporate Practice Chair Cip Beredo led the team for Cedar Fair with significant support from Steve Mount, as well as Julia Tosi and Carl Draucker.
