Squire Patton Boggs has advised Ocorian on its acquisition of specialist regulatory consultancy Bovill.
The team advising Ocorian was led by Corporate partner Rob Bray and associate Olivia Baccarella in London.
Ocorian, a portfolio company of private equity firm Inflexion, is a specialist global provider of financial and corporate administration services and regulatory solutions to financial institutions, asset managers, corporates and high net-worth individuals.
Founded in 1999, London-headquartered Bovill is a global financial services consultancy with offices in the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong and the US.
Bovill’s team, complementary services and global footprint will combine with Newgate, Ocorian’s existing regulatory and compliance business in the UK and Guernsey, to offer comprehensive regulatory and compliance support to financial services organisations internationally.
