Corporate lawyer and private equity specialist Teresa Zueco has been managing partner of Squire Patton Boggs in Spain since November 2021. Iberian Lawyer highlights her transactional track record and effective leadership, including her activity on the M&A/private equity front and her implementation of an ambitious growth project for the firm that has seen Squire Patton Boggs significantly expand its practice in Spain. Among the senior appointments in the firm’s Madrid office in 2023, Iberian Lawyer singles out the joining of litigation partner Javier Izquierdo and his team from Pérez-Llorca as a key lateral hire.
