Squire Patton Boggs has advised European insulation group IPCOM N.V. on two recent transactions; the acquisition of a majority stake in IBSL Group Limited, a convertor of technical insulation materials, and the acquisition of RSL Group (Refrigeration Spares Limited), a UK and Ireland-based distributor of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
The team advising IPCOM on both acquisitions was led by Corporate partner and head of private equity Paul Mann and senior associate Joshua Astill-Headley, assisted by director James Thompson and associates Claudia Kilpatrick, Max Devine, and Amelia Sharkey. Tax advice was provided by partner Patrick Ford and associate Alice Jenkinson.
