Squire Patton Boggs has advised Unsere Champions GmbH on its acquisition of childcare provider Pfiffikus.
The team was led by Dr. Marion von Grönheim and included Norman Wasse, Lutz Hoheisel, Sandra Mueller, and Dagmar Nolden.
Munich-based Unsere Champions is an award-winning provider of childcare, operating more than 50 day-care facilities and crèches under its own brand name as well as other brands across Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Hesse in Germany and also at locations in Switzerland. Pfiffikus offers kindergarten, day nursery and after-school care in Augsburg, Bavaria.
