Squire Patton Boggs has advised Rosa Holding, a portfolio company of leading global investment group Eurazeo, on the sale of French household linen brand Françoise Saget to Atlas for Men, a direct-to-consumer platform specializing in outdoor clothing for men owned by Motion Equity Partners.
Françoise Saget is a subsidiary of the textile group Rosa Holding which has been controlled by Eurazeo since 2016.
The Paris team advising Rosa Holding on the corporate aspects of the transaction was led by partner Maxime Dequesne, with associate Victor Dransard and partner Pauline Pierce on Labour & Employment aspects.
Squire Patton Boggs also assisted Rosa Holding on the sale of its maternity clothing brand Envie de Fraise to Verbaudet in January.
