Four partners from Squire Patton Boggs’ International Dispute Resolution Practice have been appointed to roles at the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) as well as and the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
After a six-year term as Vice-Chair of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, José Feris stepped down from that role and has been appointed ICC Court Member for the Dominican Republic and ex-officio member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. He will remain Co-Chair of the ICC Task Force on Addressing Issues of Corruption in International Arbitration until the Task Force issues its final report.
After a six-year term as ICC Court Member for Algeria and ex-officio member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, Sabrina Aïnouz was appointed as Vice-Chair of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. She remains ambassador of the ICC Africa Commission.
Rostislav Pekař has been appointed as ICC Court Member for the Czech Republic and ex-officio member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. He remains Vice-chair of the Commission on International Arbitration of ICC Czech Republic.
Raúl Mañón has been appointed as Member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR for the Dominican Republic.
