Squire Patton Boggs has advised the shareholders of iRaiser Group, the leading European SaaS provider of online fundraising solutions for non-profit organizations, on the combination of iRaiser Group with Leetchi, the French pioneer and leader in crowdfunding solutions for group gifting and charitable donations in France.
The companies will combine their strengths and operate under a newly formed holding company, Donora, supported by existing shareholder Advent International, and new shareholder 21 Invest, who becomes the main shareholder, with the ambition of becoming the European leader in digital solutions for generosity.

iRaiser was founded by fundraisers in 2012 with the aim of making it easier for charities to collect donations online. iRaiser offers a complete suite of online fundraising tools, including donation forms, solutions for Peer-to-Peer and Crowdfunding campaigns, and a CRM system. Since 2012, iRaiser has supported more than 850 non-profit organizations across 19 countries, helping them raise over 2 billion euros with over 17 million donations processed. iRaiser employs 80 people from 14 different countries and has offices in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Denmark, and the UK.
Leetchi is the French leader in online crowdfunding and a pioneer in the sector, with 15 million active users. The platform allows anyone to collect funds for a project they care about, whether it be a group gift or a charitable initiative. In 2023, more than 250 million euros were raised on Leetchi, with around 55 million euros for charitable projects.
