Squire Patton Boggs has advised the Napolillo family on the sale of the entire share capital of Napolillo Industry S.r.l., a leading company in industrial laundry services with low environmental impact and with eco-friendly processes serving hotels, resorts and spas, to Fitex Capital S.r.l., an Italian search fund.
A team in Milan led by Corporate partner Daniela Sabelli, and which included Juancarlos Pirani and Francesco Cieri, advised the Napolillo family.
The Napolillo family has reinvested through its holding company in Fitex Capital S.r.l., intending to provide strategic vision and a solid network, with its long experience in the industrial laundry sector, while Fitex Capital S.r.l. will provide its organizational and technological resources. Together, they aim to continue to be the qualitative benchmark for industrial laundries operating in the hospitality sector.
