Squire Patton Boggs is pleased to announce the addition of Mary Hamner Walser to the firm’s global Antitrust & Competition Practice Group. She joins as Of Counsel based in Washington, DC.
Ms. Walser joins from Paul Hastings where she represented clients in antitrust and competition-related matters including global merger and acquisition approval and state and federal antitrust litigation matters. She has represented clients across industries, including health care, financial services, private equity, information technology, transportation, telecommunications, manufacturing, and media.

Ms. Walser earned her JD from William & Mary Law School and her BA from the University of Virginia.
