Squire Patton Boggs, with a team led by partner Paolo Zamberletti, is assisting the Augusta Ratio Group, an integrated operator in the Italian electricity and natural gas sector, on energy and commercial law matters related to the corporate and industrial reorganization that the Group is implementing.
The Augusta Ratio Group recently approved financial statements for fiscal year 2024, which mark an important return to profitability and enable the Group to achieve a significant goal as part of the ongoing reorganization process.
“The positive closure of the 2024 financial statements represents a crucial step for Augusta Ratio,” said Flavio Augusto Battista, head of the Group. “The return to profit, combined with the strengthening of the financial structure, allows us to look to the future with renewed momentum and confidence.” The reorganization path also included a rationalization of the corporate structure, implemented through a merger between some of the Group's entities.
