Meghan Hill has been named in International Employment Lawyer’s (IEL) Women Leaders 2025 survey, an extensive who’s who of established law firm partners from around the globe.
Co-chair of the firm’s global Labor and Employment Practice, Ms. Hill partners with her clients to provide business-oriented solutions to complex employment issues. Ms. Hill advises employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws and regularly assists in the creation of employment agreements and compensation plans including severance, change in control and commission plans. A key partner with the firm’s corporate team, she also advises on labor and employment matters arising in mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and other business transactions.
In addition to counseling, Ms. Hill represents companies in complex litigation and wage and hour collective and Rule 23 class actions in federal courts. She has extensive experience working with international companies on litigation, and has handled non-compete cases for clients in numerous industries. She regularly defends employers against litigation stemming from workplace injuries, whistleblower, discrimination, and wrongful termination claims. Clients also turn to Ms. Hill for high-level investigations stemming from complaints of workplace discrimination, harassment, and illegality, including whistleblower claims under various federal laws.
