Squire Patton Boggs Labor and Employment partner Jon Daryanani has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as a 2025 “Leader of Influence: Labor & Employment.” The honor is awarded to leading employment attorneys and experts from the Los Angeles area and recognizes their professional achievements and impact made on the local community.
With more than 20 years of legal experience, Mr. Daryanani is a seasoned trial and litigation attorney with a range of diverse experiences resolving high-stakes disputes on behalf of blue chip companies in California and around the country. Mr. Daryanani leads complex employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and trade secret litigation. He also provides strategic planning on a vast array of employment matters, including employment and severance agreements, workforce reductions and implementation of wage and commission structures. He has successfully litigated claims in state and federal courts and before government agencies.
In addition to his labor and employment practice, Mr. Daryanani serves as counsel for the Anti-Recidivism Coalition, a non-profit organization which provides support and reentry services working towards ending mass incarceration in California. He’s also involved in various charitable causes including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and other charitable endeavors.
