  • Advising on the placement of employees and consultants in Middle East jurisdictions.
  • Defending labour law matters for numerous clients in the UAE, both onshore and in the region’s free zones, including those involving arbitrary dismissal, unpaid benefits and breaches of contract.
  • Assisting clients with restructures, senior executive terminations and exit strategies.
  • Managing a wide variety of free zone and onshore labour litigation matters covering all types of employment law claims.
  • Assisting clients with investigating internal complaints, grievances and the implementation of corrective action within organisations.
  • Advising clients on appropriate disciplinary actions, implementing policy changes, and instilling operational and compliance changes.
  • Analysing claims relating to misconduct, discrimination and harassment, employee disabilities and leaves, and wage and overtime issues.
