Diana Abdulmanova is an associate in the International Dispute Resolution Practice Group with multijurisdictional experience in dispute resolution and corporate law.

Diana has extensive experience working for international law firms and state-owned oil and gas companies in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Diana has particular expertise in oil and gas projects, and product-sharing agreements. Her prior experience includes monitoring major oil and gas projects in Kazakhstan and managing the work of an in-house legal team developing an arbitration case related to a major oil and gas project in Kazakhstan.

Diana also has experience in advising international clients and investors on commercial, investment and corporate law in different jurisdictions, including the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
