Shouq Al Majali advises on cross-border multijurisdictional employment arrangements within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), as well as providing pensions advice and supporting entities during employment due diligence exercises, redundancy and general termination procedures.

Shouq qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2024. She qualified as an associate in two practices – Labour & Employment and International Dispute Resolution – bridging the relationship between contentious and noncontentious employment matters, and is now part of our Labour & Employment team.
