Stephan Bär is an associate in our Litigation Practice Group based in Böblingen. He advises and represents national and international clients in commercial litigation and extrajudicial proceedings with a particular focus on complex international product liability disputes in the automotive industry.

Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Stephan worked with leading international law firms in the fields of dispute resolution and D&O insurance law in Düsseldorf. During his legal clerkship, he also worked for the Permanent Representation of Germany to the UN Organizations in Rome and for a German/South African law firm in Cape Town.
