Hannah Beer
Senior Associate
Hannah Beer is a lawyer in our Labour & Employment Practice. Hannah advises on all aspects of employment law, including documenting complex employment relationships, advising on employee relations matters, redundancies, restructures, transfer of employees and TUPE, and transactional matters, including the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and outsourcing. Hannah also regularly defends employers in employment litigation.
- Acted for a global manufacturer on a global restructure and redundancy process across over 30 jurisdictions, including the UK.
- Advised a public sector organisation on its people strategy, including development of positive action measures designed to recruit and retain talent throughout the workforce, irrespective of backgrounds.
